A Few Notes.....

All Yorkie puppies are black & tan; their coloring will change as they mature. Some puppies have begun changing color, but have not yet matured to their adult coloring.
Any estimated adult weight is just that, AN ESTIMATE. There is no way to guarantee the adult weight of a puppy.

GUARANTEE
Your puppy will be checked by a licensed veterinarian prior to shipping/delivery. If a serious health condition is noted, you will be notified and will have the option of declining the purchase and receiving a full refund, including any deposit. If you decide to purchase the puppy, this guarantee does not cover any health conditions disclosed to you prior to shipping/delivery. We cannot be responsible for any injuries to the puppy that take place after leaving our care.
Kosoma Kennel guarantees puppies sold to be free of life-threatening congenital defects for a period of 1 year from date of birth. A life-threatening congenital defect is a problem that will not allow the puppy to grow or age to a normal life expectancy.
Common problems that are
preventable/treatable/manageable by medication and/or surgery and are not considered life-threatening congenital defects include, but are not limited to: Ears not standing, hernias, undescended testicle, underbite or overbite, hearing or vision problems, luxating patella, limp, hypoglycemia, ear mites, worms, fleas or ticks. No guarantee is made as to size, disposition, conformation, breeding ability, or registration eligibility.
To activate the Guarantee, the Buyer must have the puppy checked by a Vet within 48 hours of the beginning of the first business day following receipt of the puppy. This and all other veterinarian and/or other fees are the responsibility of the Buyer. Kosoma Kennel requires a copy of your puppy's initial health report signed and dated by your veterinarian and forwarded to us within 10 business days of the vet check. If this requirement is not fulfilled within the specified time frame(s), this guarantee is null and void.
If the puppy is found to have a life-threatening congenital defect, Buyer must obtain and forward to Kosoma Kennel a written statement from the licensed veterinarian (on office stationary and signed by veterinarian) stating the health risk(s) and including a description of the symptoms supporting his/her opinion. Kosoma Kennel reserves the right to have this statement reviewed and verified by another veterinarian(s).
Upon confirmation of the puppy having a life-threatening congenital defect, Kosoma Kennel will refund the original purchase price. We reserve the right to require that the puppy's original registration paper(s) be returned to us prior to refund. We reserve the right to require that the puppy be returned to us, at the expense of the Buyer, prior to refund. If Buyer does not fulfill these requirements within 14 business days of offer of refund by Kosoma Kennel, this guarantee is null and void, and Kosoma Kennel is under no further obligation, financial or otherwise.
This guarantee applies to the original Buyer only. The venue for any litigation concerning this warranty will be limited to Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, under a non-jury procedding.
Please note that there are slight differences in the guarantee for local adoptions.
